Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@fitify.it and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Ensure all shipping information is correct. Fitify is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
